    No but it is advisable to book. Patients with appointments are given priority. Walk-in patients have to wait until a doctor is free.

    Yes. If you attend during our opening times you will be seen by a doctor. You may have a long wait but the doctor will definitely see you.

  • How much I will be charged for a consultation?

    How much I will be charged for a consultation?

    The consultation with a doctor is charged at £50.00 but this includes a free follow-up consultation – provided that you return within 30 days with the same problem and see the same doctor. Additional services such as lab tests or medicines are not included in the consultation fee.

  • Can I transfer my 30-day free return consultation to another person?

    No. The free 30-day return arrangement is only for the same patient seeing the same doctor with the same problem within a period of 30 days.

  • If I cannot afford to pay for further tests on the same day as my consultation, can I come back on another day to pay for them?

    If I cannot afford to pay for further tests on the same day as my consultation, can I come back on another day to pay for them?

    Yes, but we advise that you pay for further testing as soon as possible and well within 30 days of your consultation date. This will enable you to return to see the same doctor for your test results without being charged another consultation fee.

  • When will my test results be ready?

    When will my test results be ready?

    Most test results such as blood tests and pregnancy tests are usually ready within 24 hours. The results for some tests can take longer. For example, a smear test result takes four days.

    All of our doctors treat the same range of ailments as any general practitioner in the UK. Some of our doctors also have special interests in gynaecology and paediatrics.

    However, our doctors regularly refer patients to hospital specialists when further investigation is indicated.
