Free return consultations policy
Free return consultations are not available from every doctor in the clinic. You must return within 30 days of the previous consultation and see the same doctor with the same symptoms.
1. Free return consultations are only available from these doctors:
Dr Justino Monteiro, Dr Antonio Cruzeiro, Dr Edward Gonzalez, Dr Natalia Perez, Dr Victor Lourenco, Dr Sonia Jardim, Dr Renatta Murakami, Dr Anderson Roberto and Dr Nele Dumpert.
2. You must return to the clinic within 30 days.
If you return after 30 days then you will be charged the full consultation fee.
3. The previous and return consultation must be with the same doctor.
If the return consultation is within 30 days but with a different doctor from the above list then you will be charged a discounted consultation fee of £30. If the return consultation is within 30 days but with a doctor who is not on the above list then you will be charged the full consultation fee.
4. You must see the same doctor from the above list within 30 days with the same symptoms.
If you return within 30 days with different symptoms or additional symptoms then the doctor will decide whether the return consultation is free or not. The decision is based upon whether the additional symptoms are part of the same or a different medical problem.

Charges for GP Consultation £57.50.
Registration with the practice is FREE.

All fees are payable immediately after the consultation by cash, cheque or credit card.
Note: payment for medications must be done in person, can’t be done by phone.
SOUTH (Oval) BRANCH: Our facilities have a flight of stairs to access the following rooms: Nursing, Ultrasound and Dispensary. We deal with the difficulties at the best possible way, for example, if the person can not afford to go down / up the stairs, the nurse will go upstairs and the same will be done with the necessary medicines. NORTH (Harlesden) BRANCH: There is no step free access at our branch in North London. We have a five steps stair to access all doctors rooms. If you have any concern with regards accessibility please contact our reception for more details.

Should a patient be unhappy about any of the services or care that we have provided, a complaints procedure has been set up, ensuring all grievances are dealt with rapidly and efficiently for the benefit of all parties concerned.
Complaints should be sent in writing to the manager at the main surgery address, who will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours. After a thorough investigation, a meeting will then be arranged where the matter can be discussed openly, recorded and hopefully resolved.

Repeat prescribing policy
The purpose of this policy is to set out a prescribing procedure that ensures that the prescriber can monitor usage and the effects of repeat medication and that the patient is offered regular medication reviews.
